To send invites to your employees to access View My Paycheck, follow these steps:

  • Open QuickBooks, if you don’t have QuickBooks, download and install it on your system.
  • After installing it, open it and login with your Intuit username and password and if you don’t have an Intuit, create that first. 
  • Once logged in, click on the Employees tab and click on ‘Manage Payroll Cloud Services”.
  • Go to QuickBooks workforce status and find ‘Invite Employees’ under that.
  • You will see an employee list. Click and select the employees you want to grant access to and add their email addresses.
  • Click on the “Send Invite” option.
